Site Suggestions, that we are waiting on replies
We've been posting and checking for replies but nothing so far......
- Can you add, to show who is on line - this would be great to see, a lot of other sites have it
- Can you add more emoticons - we will use them, we really will and can you fix the ones you have now....we can't get to all of them, comes up a long list but you can't get to the last few.
- Can there be another contest...for everyone to enter, not just (sorry) people in the US (and I don't think it was ever posted, who won the signed CD way back when)
- Can you change the points to something else (Karma worked well, I know it's from the old place, but it was more "exciting" than just plain points)
Love this site, it's got a good feel to it

LOL Nope I am not married..... but ALMOST considered married by the state of NJ... I believe if you live w/ someone for 7 years you are. I have 6 years under my belt so far!
I wish I could fix these things for you but I can't .... hmmmm where is Wade when we need him??? The last board I was able to access everything so could add more smile emoticons.. this is all very different.

Can we ask Wade to give you more access? We've been waiting... and not that they aren't doing a good job but you were always on top of things at the old place, you managed it well.
Oh well, we can't live in the past, it was just nice that you looked after us.

- another area - topic, for poems and stories. I know here there is "off topic", but blogs are being overtaken with people writing, poems, books etc I would LOVE those to be separate, it's nothing to do with Godsmack just a place people come to blog about their poems. If they came to the forum they would post under "off topic" but the blogs are 90% poems and books. So Blog Godsmack, Blog other?
Well personally I'd do away with blogs....it's just like the forum, doesn't make sense to have both....if they are just posting poems and stories, i'm sure there are sites for that other then Godsmack

Well the issue is all those things need to be handled internally within the site. Which needs to be done via the Ground ctrl crew who built the site. My control panel view lets me add/edit stuff to the news, pics, video, links.... etc. When I asked them about being able to make new main topic threads, I was told it had to be done internally. The only access I have, within the actual forum, is to deleted thread posted (If needed), access to members and to remove them (If needed) and posting regularly. I can, however, see if they would be so kind as to add a few more main sections here for us... if I can't do it myself.
I didn't build this site so I can't log into it internally like Sully's site and change the coding. Sully's site I help to build and am the only one who really goes into it internally unless I need someone to. It is a different kinda site in in the fact that it doesn't have a control panel people can access. I log in in directly through Dreamweaver and make edits directly within it.
If that makes sense ..
