EarthDay Birthday in Orlando

So, the Boys (and Staind) are joining the EarthDay Birthday show in Orlando. The line-up is huge, which most likely means a shortened set. Right now it's looking as if I won't attend a nearby show for the first time in YEARS. I'm sorry, I'm just over the festival shows. They're stopping by Ft Myers, but we're not going to make the drive. So I'll sit back and wait for the next leg of the American tour...they can't skip Tampa all together...can they?

    No, they can't skip it....it's Tampa...beautiful weather and MarleyBlue is there!!
    I'm still hoping they come back to Canada this year. So what if they were here last year....when was the last time before that??? And they play all over the US all the time over and over so I;m sure a Tampa date will be announced.... and we are neighbors, they should visit us more often, LOL
    I hear ya with festivals....shortened time and too many bands to sit through and wait... come on Godsmack LOL and I'm sure 5 bucks for a bottle of water too.
    i'm still hoping Aug Sept, back to Canada but I bet Sully goes out and does more Avalon, or would he, as the DVD is out and the CD was released in 2010....so would he still tour on it? (I would hope so for the ones that didn't get to see it live...would be able to)

    Come on Tampa date!! :D

    MB, I am not taking the chance that they might skip Tampa.. I will be taking my 2 kids with me to the Ft. Myers show and it will be my 6yr old's first time seeing them and Zach's 5th time...I can't wait to see my daughter's face!

    And if they do make a Tampa show, we just might see them twice in one year. Depending upon finances at the time that is.

    Wow guys....you're bumming me out lol. I'm going to Earthday Birthday...but now you have me thinking....festivals ARE very different than a normal show....and I was just sitting here thinking of the bands I don't care to see while I'm waiting for Godsmack lol. But oh well, I'm gonna power through it cause its worth it! I was hoping they would do Tampa too but it looks like they're not :( I'd go to the show in Orlando and one in Tampa! ADD TAMPA!!!!

    LOL never meant to bum you out. Yep, power through it, you might hear some good new music to your ears. Or LOL bring a book and try and read until Godsmack are up. Or just go nuts with the other bands, wahoo and jump around. Hopefully you'll enjoy them and it goes fast to Godsmack.

    So.....aside from a few technical difficulties Godsmack KILLED it last night at EDBD 19! The set list was AWESOME! It was hard "in your face" GODSMACK that we all first fell in love with! Even though it was an ALL FREAKIN DAY festival, it was WELLLLLL WORTH IT!!!!!!! Can't wait to see them again, really hope they'd come to Tampa!!!
