I'm hoping that Elly and I aren't the only people here who read, you illiterate shits.
I'm reading a dance of dragons, the fifth book in the game of thrones series.

Re: Books
OK, so I'm not the only one who hasn't read the books!
I don't think I'm going to, either. Quite frankly, and this will probably be TMI but whatever, if I want porn, I will watch it with my husband. Nobody knows when that is going on, but if I'm sitting in the lunch room with the book, everyone will know...and from what I'm hearing, it's not like you can say "oh, I'm reading it for the story line, it has great character development, blah, blah, blah".

Re: Books
ha Marley. So it's a read under the covers book so no one will know you are reading it. But it would be funny to see your co-workers faces and you trying to explain.
I'll pass on that book. -

Re: Books
I'm reading "1982" by Jian Ghomeshi.
Jian is a CBC radio/television "Cultural-Affairs" host in Canada. He was the lead singer for the band Moxy Früvous during the 90's.
The book is Jian's personal story of being a child of Iranian descent born in England but raised in Toronto who becomes obsessed with The Clash, Rush and David Bowie around the time that he turns 15 in 1982.
I've only just started to read it but so far I am enjoying it immensely. -
