Bullet For My Valentines Logo Lettering

Am I the only one that noticed that Bullet For My Valentines lettering in there logo, look suspiciously like Godsmack's lettering font? Doesnt Godsmack have that font trade marked or something??

    You can't trademark a font. It's public domain.
