I prefer Sully and Mr. Tyler and RIP Layne (it will be 10 yrs next year) Staley. Layne had the best voice.....damn him for doing drugs.

love his voice! i was expecting this hard crunching song, it wasn't what i was expecting. It's a really a beautiful song. beautul tribute

i have to say, (although it hurts lol), that song was way better then Alcie in Chains - black gives way to blue ....for Layne Staley. Although i love that song and was cool that Elton played the piano on it. So far away is a more beautiful tribute song...Sorry Alice, i still love ya...but Avenged wins hands down with this song.
listening to it again...will have to go to itunes and put them on my phone....

i don't see comparing GS to A7. ok nobody ban me or shoot me lol but A7 is a younger band, when GS were younger they pounded it out in their songs. GS grown with time...great songs...A7, in 10 years bet their music style will change as well.imo.

yeah, not big on the screaming, but i didn't mind when Chester did it. i know i know, don't mention linkin park, but i like some of their songs.......numb is a fav....... Anyway. i might get boo'd but Synester....blows Tony out of the water.( I was thinking as i listened to them).. BUT i'm sure Tony could play like that....not knocking him at all. Just different band styles.

i know....it sucks, these young guys/gals.....lifes too short to begin with, don't f*ck it up and make it shorter. Glad the Aero boys got it together.....wish Layne did.
