Help me find some pix of Shannon

I can find tons but I need one with a light background, nothing dark. Plus i'd like a recent one. Nothing from years ago.

Hope someone has somewhere I can find one.

    tried that one but it doesn't turn out the best, dark hat and glasses background was perfect :)
