Presale Code Help?

My boyfriend and I both love Godsmack (and Halestorm too!), and we are planning on going to the Syracuse show. I'm not sure if they're doing a presale for that show, but I didn't get the e-mail with the code because I'm apparently a dumbass and was completely unprepared (i.e., not registered on this website) and therefore did not get the e-mail this morning with the code. If anyone would be willing to help me out, I would really, really, really appreciate it! I reeeeeeally would love to get good seats! Please? :-/

    I found out about the presale from the FB Page. I came here and my log in wouldn't work. And I have purchased my last two show tickets from here. It really bummed me out to have to re-regsiter. I hope now that I'm registered again I will get emails and have continued access here.
