Presale Code Help?

My boyfriend and I both love Godsmack (and Halestorm too!), and we are planning on going to the Syracuse show. I'm not sure if they're doing a presale for that show, but I didn't get the e-mail with the code because I'm apparently a dumbass and was completely unprepared (i.e., not registered on this website) and therefore did not get the e-mail this morning with the code. If anyone would be willing to help me out, I would really, really, really appreciate it! I reeeeeeally would love to get good seats! Please? :-/

    ahhhhh, it's so frustrating. I have never had a problem receiving smack mail until the one time it really matters to me. if someone can message me the code it would be REALLY appreciated.

    I was registered but under another account I tried the few I have and none worked. I had to register again.
    IS there just one code or different codes by states or cities. This will be my sons first concert and I want to take him.

    The code for tomorrow's presale is "oracle" (it is not case sensitive).

    Thanks Wade, I thought I was registered but didn't get an email in any of my accounts. I've seen Godsmack in Syracuse twice and both times they were AWESOME, but the show at the Oncenter really kicked arse! Can't wait to see them again!

    I believe you get the code on the day the presale starts. Now I'm unable to find VIP. Does VIP show/start on the day to get the ticket? Are am I over looking something?
