my attempt to meet sully
yes it is the poster who has a major crush on sully.
unforunitly i did not get to meet them last night when i saw there concert.
but all was not lost.
there were about 5 of us standing out by where the buses were. when another one pulled up.
and a short time later, tony came out. he had to pass us to get to the venue. so we asked and he stopped and signed autographs and i got a picture with him.
then robbie came in a different vechile. he came over and signed autographs and got a picture with him also
a short time later as we were standing there. someone says theres sully.
i turned around and sully had come out of one of the doors.
and he was not wearing a shirt. omg. we asked if he would come over for pictures, he declinced saying he was working out. which probably explained why he had no shirt on lol
i guess it was a good thng he did not come over i was so nervous with tony and robbie.
i probably would of been a basket case with sully lol

I think he's looking after himself well. Doesn't matter who attacks him, he stands tall.
He gets in his moods to attack, then settles down. I get him though, he doesn't bother me. Of course he hasn't attacked me in a while, but even then it's all good because I know in the end, he'll still send me @#$ gems for Dragonvale and we'll have virtual tea.

damn your luck to see sully with no shirt. i would of asked him if i could of spot him when he was working out. i understand i saw ozzy at ozzfest walking in the crowd i froze what a dumb ass i was.

as i said i was struct dumb when i saw him.
i was so nervous with robbie and tony. if i had asked and agree to spotting him. i probably would of dropped the weights on hm.

Glad you got to meet Robbie and Tony. Too bad the opportunity to meet Shannon didn't happen. Shannon is by far one of the best people you could ever meet. In the whole world. period.

Well I have a funny "attempt to meet" story then.
I had just gotten my first Metallica cassette tape (Master of Puppets) I hadn't heard of them before that, and a friend of mine had told me about them. They came to my small town, so I went with my friend to the show. Some band called "the Godz" opened for them. While we were standing around, about 10 feet in front of us is a long haired dude with a denim sleeveless jacket on. My buddy tells me, as the guy starts to walk away,
"hey, that's James Hetfield." what was my response?

The same thing happened to me with Slash.
He was trying on sunglasses right next to me at a vendor's table on Yonge Street in Toronto. I just assumed it was someone with Slash hair trying hard to look like him (his tats were covered and he looks really weird without sunglasses on) so I just ignored him.
The girl I was with got her picture taken with him and then he wandered off. I was like... What do you mean that really was Slash??? I was standing right next to him for 5 minutes. Dammit!!
