VIP upgrade?

I bought presale floor tickets to the August 29th Regina show before it was listed on the website here. There was no VIP package available at the time. Is there a way for me to upgrade and buy the package at a lower price considering I already have a ticket?

    phone ticketmaster.....they should let you return those tickets....then purchase the VIP. i had that happen for Sully's solo and tickmaster was amazing...cancelled my normal tickets (got a credit) and booked me for VIP. Just explain to them...VIP came out later......
